The Heavy Hitter’s kit has a powerful sound and is perfect for everything from rock to metal. It’s not as tweaked and sterile as other rock kits on the market today, and leaves a lot of options for the users to make it fit their style of music and recordings.

This was the second and last kit developed under the name Frau Blücher Audio in 2014. It is designed to be a versatile kit that suits many different genres of music, ranging from pop to the heaviest metal.

Description

The kit consists of the following pieces:

  • 22×18 Gretsch kick drum
  • 2 snare drums – 14×6,5″ Ludwig nickel over brass and 14,6,5″ Pearl steel snare
  • 4 Gretsch toms – 10″, 12″ ,14″ and 16″
  • 15″ Zildjian New Beat hihats
  • 4 crashes (Zildjian Fast, Sabian Legacy, Paiste Twenty and Zildjian Vintage Cie)
  • 2 china crashes (K China and A China Boy Low)
  • 2 different ride cymbals – A Sweet and A Rock

The Heavy Hitter’s Kit features round-robins, up to 16 velocity layers, a mixer with EQ and Transient Master on every channel, plus a Tape Saturator and a classic Console Bus Compressor on the master bus.

The kit also comes with a custom drum map for all Cubase users.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Full version of Native Instruments sampler Kontakt 5. The kit will not work in the free Kontakt Player.
  • Approx. 4 GB of free hard drive space during installation.
